The Escala project from Alam Sutera is a 12-hectare commercial area development with a 4-hectare urban forest. The Alam Sutera team contacted us to assist with rendering and animation of the area with a very tight deadline.

The challenge in this project was that we were asked to help design a fictional commercial area as a visualization that had to run parallel with the modeling of the entire Alam Sutera area. The Alam Sutera Group once again entrusted us with the Nexen residential project, engaging us to provide a full range of visualization services, from large aerial renderings to detailed interiors, along with animations and VR experiences. The Nexen residential area is targeted at millennials and Gen Z. From there, we developed visuals with a calming atmosphere and a soft, dreamy tone. When Miss Amadea and Miss Maria from the Masterpiece team visited the Northridge shophouse launch after several years of us assisting the BSD commercial team. Upon meeting, they gave us some shophouse booklets and said that our renderings in these booklets helped communicate effectively and boosted sales.
